The Brisbane Valley Line closed on 28th February, 1993. What’s left to see? Well, come with us on this bus trip to find out!
WE PLAN TO VISIT:
As we will be using a mini-bus we will be able to access many areas that a large bus could not negotiate. The Cooragook Bridge visit does require a flat walk of about 1km but may be inaccessible in inclement weather.
The Yimbun Tunnel only needs a 50 metre walk to view.
TIMES: The bus will depart from Bus Stop 126 Roma Street at 7.30am on Saturday morning. The return is planned for about 4.30pm on Sunday.
FARES: One fare only – $295.00.
Fares include all bus travel, overnight accommodation at Yarraman, dinner Saturday night, breakfast and lunch Sunday.
SMOKING: Queensland Government regulations prohibit smoking on all public transport.
